We would like to thank you for taking part in the new process of accepting athletic participation paper work online. This automated process will allow Montpelier Roxbury Public Schools to be more efficient as well as saving valuable resources.
Please download the Rank One app for your phone so you can get notifications, alerts, and information right on your phone. You can also do the registration process all on your phone.
• To access the online forms, click the Start Online Forms button below.
• Click on the form name and fill out the information requested.
• If you have previously created an account, you may sign in and complete the forms. If you have not previously created an account, you may create one using your personal email address. If you do not want to create an account, click “I don’t want an account. Go to forms.”
• When you start the registration process you will be asked to "claim" your student from the MRPS student list. Enter your student's date of birth, first and last name to link your student to your account.
• To sign the document click inside the signature box and hold your mouse down, this will allow you to create an “Electronic Signature”. If you make a mistake and need to start over click on the refresh icon next to the signature box.
• Once you have filled out all of the information you will have the opportunity to print the document(s).
- Once completed with all of the forms, MRPS will add your student to the sport they wish to play. You will then have access to and will receive that sport's information, notifications, and alerts.
• If you are completing the forms using an account, you can check the status of each form submitted by logging into your account. If you are completing the forms without an account, you will receive a confirmation email once the document has been received by the athletic department.
